Typical No_Facts post - wrong again
"You do understand he has LOST EVERY ruling when it
comes to a real court and anti-trust don't you?"

Really, what about the following European Court of First
Instance victories for the EC - Van den Bergh Foods Ltd,
Michelin, British Airways, and Genzyme (all 2004).

For 5 years Mario Monti was one of the most successful EC
commissioners and lead widespread reform across the EU
area particularly in the areas of telecommunication and
banking competition and the removal of state subsidiaries
hampering fairer competition.

Is No_Facts ever right?
