- Can Microsoft buy Real?

Maybe Real will settle for nothing less than being bought and closed down.
Is there a reason for Real to exist?
I know they're selling content, but those contracts can be assumed. And codexes, to the extent they're not open sourced, can be maintained.
The Court might be concerned about anti-trust, but all Microsoft has to do is let the Judge use RealOne and he'll nominate them for the Nobel Peace Prize.
