right direction.... oh please

I work as a tech support engineer for secure networking devices (VPNS and Routers) Google products (desktop search & toolbar) cause more problems with programs than they solve. If something quits working the first thing we ask is if they have any Google programs on thier desktop and if the answer is yes we ask them to shut them off and try running the afflicted program again 99.999999999% of the time the problem goes away when they do. What's my point you ask? It is simply Google should stick to what they know Search Engines and THAT'S IT!!!!!!!! They screw up everything else they try. Then again they are aimed at working with Microsoft Products so that could be thier down fall too
