Most all people have an incorrect interpretation of our Rights and Laws.

They are defined in the Geneva Conventions. (I have not seen it yet either.)

Regarding "Innocents" or "torture"???
And who is to balme? When a teacher hits a student, is the Secretary of Education (Rod Paige) to blame?
When a letter-carrier goes nuts and kills a co-worker, is the Postmaster General (still John Potter?) to blame?
