I think I can answer a few of them

Not sure about the destroying the constitution but didn't that whole business start back in the 50s with the FBI?

Civil Rights? Who know what there civil rights are in the first place so know one would know if they were eroded.

War Crimes? That's a matter of oppinion. Personally I don't see war crimes being commited.

Torturing innocents? Again a matter of opinion but but I believe this one is true. Mahr Arar(sp?) who was deported to Saudi Arbia even though he was a Canadian citizen working in the US and was deported based on the color of his skin. They deported him because US law enforcement can't technically torture people but they can let others do it for them.
