It is not going to be free-you will likely have to pay a subscription fee, but then be able to capture the stream to your PC (as the guy said, like a tape recorder) for personal use. That is the same terms that allow you to record programs from HBO or whatever as long as you do not re-distribute. In other words, this is a means of applying the Betamax ruling to Internet radio.

Since I can use my DVR to record from MusicChoice already and transfer the recordings without legal troubles, this might actually work if handled correctly.
