NO, but you also don't have the right to demand that I pay you $1,000,000 for your house when the average sell price for your particular house is $75,000. Price gouging is the name of the game and the reason why people do what you still so wrongly call "theft."

If I like the style of your house that much, I could just stand in the middle of the public street and take pictures of your house, then have one built to look like it, maybe even by the same builders. There wouldn't be much you could do because you would not have lost the use of your original house.

The market is only as good as its sales. If you can't sell an overpriced item, you should be looking for the price point that will make it attractive to the buyers. You shouldn't be whining that you are losing money on over-bloated special effects flops and then blame it on the downloaders.
