I have no sympathy for the person who isn't willing to spend the 5 bucks necessary to rent the movie from Blockbuster, in the least..

Movies cost millions upon millions of dollars to make.. and the more pirated copies of movies are distributed over P2P networks, the fewer innovative, original (or, sexy/violent/etc. to your taste) movies will be created..

Personally, I think the only time it is justified (not legal, morally acceptable) to download a movie off a peer to peer network is during the time that a movie is no longer in theater, and is not yet on DVD, assuming the downloader did watch the movie in theater, and will buy it on DVD when released.
