Not exactly so. Many of us help our friends with their new [to them, at least] computers. I've installed Firefox or Mozilla for friends of mine on at least six computers. I also taught them how to use these browsers, and warned them of the dangers of using IE. Doutlessly they will still be using Firefox 0.9 in the year 2008, unless I or someone else show them a better browser. Oh yes, I've installed Netscape 7 for a few Mac users, being ignorant of Apple's superior product.
