- Why would Google waste their time?
- And I do not mean due to Apples small share of the desktop as many seeing the subject line would like to think. OS X Tiger will have search features above and beyond anything that Google cuts and pastes into it's desktop search tool. Spotlight is on the same level as what MS wanted for Longhorn but had to cut in order to speed development and release. What Google should really work on is a search tool for Open Source OS's.
