Update to my story above. I checked the status Saturday morning and my order now says "In Transit". So apparently they have found it (more likely they reprinted it). However, it is now November 10th and the order still hasn't been received and I still haven't received a response to any of my support requests.
I also had an order dated November 1st. While it has never had the status of "Missing", it hasn't made it to the store either.
