Not a whole lot.. 10 or so. But I've got them installed on 5 machines that I use on a regular basis.. so that does add up. Even at a minute a piece, that's almost an hour.

You only need to fix each XPI once overall, not once per machine. Just fix them on one machine then copy the fixed XPIs to the other machines and reinstall them. So 10 should take 10-15 minutes tops.

Of course I'm assuming you use the same extensions on all machines.
