I see it as (possibly) a smart move.
First, I don't see what business it is of any non-US peoples. Yes I know the rest of the world thinks they are important to our elections but, they aren't.

Second, given how a London newspaper tried to "influence" the US voters and had their site defaced, I can understand Bush not wanting to open his site to such silly stuff. Why take the risk at all? Nothing an "outsider" has to say means anything to our election now would any "feedback" matter at all.

Naw, I see nothing here to get excited about.
