Hasnt changed a thing regarding the licensing
This doesnt change a thing regarding the licensing that the OSS community where complaining about. It still leaves people open to be charged at later stage.

I found the licensing to be very confusing and would be uncomfortable implementing it on a OSS site as I am not sure what I would be liable for. If you apply for a license you have to personally fax or e-mail them from the client.

This gives them a way of tracing where and who are implementing OSS. This way they get a direct route to companies which would make me very uncomfortable.
