My cousin's wife just recorded her own CD for $3000 where she distributed and promoted it herself. That's 5000 CDs and she can get more pressed at any time, like she is doing again before Christmas. Last year she sold out so she's doing more this year.

The millions you mention are an inflated price. You know like when a hammer costs $700 if sold to government agency but the rest of us know hammers cost $10. The inflated price at one time made sense but not today. You can hire a sound engineer for $70 per hour. A million dollars would hire that guy for almost 5 years at 8 hours a day 7 days a week.

You can buy the $700 hammer I'll get it for $10.
