Spyware opponents win another battle

Class Action

Not that any of the real victims would get rich, but if there's an official class action that would rape the pockets of the people creating adware, sign me up.

I like the thought of 1 hour of community service for every system prooven to have been affected by their adware, allowing no less than 10 hours a day served until the hours have been completed.
