Most probably..
..but I wouldn't just say it's Republicans. Democrats are criminal trash too. I think this is being done at the behest of the Direct Marketing Association, and other such "legal" scum. They hate that the, ahem, less legitimate cybermarketers are making people so turned off with cyber-sales pitches that soon everyone will tune out EVERY last bit of advertisement, as pretty much what has happened. This looks like nothing more than an attempt to ssqueeze out the small time white trash criminals to make way for only the big boys, the professional cyberscum. America: making the world freer for white collar criminals everywhere!
