..when's the last time you've seen any of the reconstruction of Iraq on the media?...

Probably before the invasion.
Guess what. Reconstruction continues today. Education, power, water and sanitation, transportation, telephones - the nation is rebuilding, we're helping, and you're not seeing it in the news.
Of course it's a conspiracy. Civilians are NOT being kidnapped and decapitated in Iraq.
I never denied there were still terrorist activities still going on in Iraq. Nice sarcasm, but if you really think that I think that there's no problems over there, you must be more delusional than I thought. Of course I do not deny that there's still problems over there.
That's not bias. The security situation is not exactly set up for a building boom yet, they still too busy blowing stuff up.
Of course the terrorists are trying to blow things up. That's what they do. That doesn't mean our reconstuction efforts are failing, however. Yes, it is bias. We're building a lot more than they're destroying. Anytime you only hear part of the story, you're getting bias.
Of course there is bias in the media but to say that it's only on one side is ridiculous.
I'll give you that. It does indeed depend on the source of the information.
It's not about photo ops anymore. The military are struggling to maintain control over urban areas.
Strange a soldier I talked to, who was just in Iraq recently, doesn't have that impression. We do still have attacks on us, yes, but we're in no way, shape, or form "struggling to maintain control". Terrorist attacks are very destructive and take lives, yes, but they do not have the scale neccessary to take over a city. Coalition and Iraqi forces still technically own the land, and I do not see that changing anytime soon.
