..or do you go to a shop and have someone else change your oil for you? wink

"I think this problem won't get solved until people start to think of computers as a tool with some sensitivity about how it's treated."

And that will only happen when people absolutely NEED computers, like once all entertainment delivery merges into one big jolly computer. Just like people learned how to drive becaue they needed to learn in order to remain a useful part of society.
