it's meaningless to tell them about something
because god knows they aren't going to use it anyway. These are the same people who contact me because they sent an email and it didn't get to the recipient immediately, and said they had a problem with email. Think like a user in a small firm that knows nothing about computers and you'll see where i'm coming from on this.
