How about Stewart's hypocrisy too ...
While I agree that Stewart raised some very valid points in the exchange, he also is guilty of being hypocritical. On the one hand, he comes across as 'Oh, silly me, I'm just a comedian - I don't influence people ' yet then he goes on Crossfire and completely blindsides the hosts with his rant. Jon, you can't have it both ways! Either you're a comedian or a newsman/pundit but don't try to come across as both!

I believe shows like Crossfire are simply entertainment and anyone who takes what the guests say as the God's honest truth is a fool. But I think most people are smart enough to find the truthful/untruthful elements in any spin done by a political hack and form an educated opinion. C'mon folks, you can't get any more black & white than Kerry and Bush! You don't need Crossfire and the like to help you formulate your opinion. If you do, then I wish you wouldn't bother voting.
