So much for WinFS
I downloaded GDS the day after it came out and I'm still marveling at it. Easy download and indexes while your computer is idling. Once its done, look out. Searches are beyond fast. Bill's gotta be mad right about now. Not only does it do what WinFS was supposed to do, but it does it better. If you search the web, it also checks your computer for like matches - ingenious. And how often do we search the web? Oh, only like every other minute of every day! All that money over at M$ and Google did it first. Tsk, tsk.
