What's Wrong with Being Organzied??
What's wrong with just being organized? Why does anybody need this?

I wouldn't use it ... ever. It sounds good for being (1.) a centralized target for hackers, (2.) the Google privacy policy indicates that your machine is tagged with a unique id, so they can associate search data to you specifically, (3.) who owns the index data? what information is reported back to Google? Sure, they say "non-personal" information ... but does index data qualify or doesn't it. (4.) even if they aren't looking at that stuff now, what guarantee can you give me that the next release won't upload my indexes to the web?

If you want to give all of your information to Big Brother, go ahead. Enjoy!
