Sadly, click-through licenses were upheld.
Hi D_Jedi,

Sadly, click-through licenses have been upheld in several court cases. I happen to agree that they should be invalid, or at least legally unenforceable, as no-one I have ever met has actually read one (except me). The courts however, beg to differ.

Until the grossly unfair DMCA is overturned, the consumer will be disempowerd and ultimately raped by the major software houses and media group. Two special interest organizations who have been acting in collusion with each other; which within other market would be considered "racketeering" and cause for governmental enforcement.

Regards,
Jon
