Do you even play games or use BattleNet?
It seems like you are just making an argument "shooting from the hip".....I will give my comment a disclaimer so I don't incriminate myself however, Disclaimer: I haven't used Bnet for over 2 years now . However when I did originally use Bnet (and I was a beta tester for it btw), there was a separate agreement for its use and the use of it as it relates to Blizzard's games.

It has NOTHING to do with copyright of the game. And companies fully do have a right to make agreements on the terms of USE with their products...and those agreements are ENFORCEABLE BY LAW.
