Good for Blizzard
I have an opposite opinion on this than it seems everyone else here does.

I say good for Blizzard, right or wrong they are enforcing the terms that are stated in the Battle.net license agreement.

That's why agreements and contracts are made and that's why people can accept them or chose to disagree with them. But if you disagree you lost the right to use the service (or circumvent it).

Battle.net is free, which makes even less a big deal to mean. So there are cheaters on Battle.net, there are on many other games and online gaming sites too...that's why whenever I used to play on Battle.net I had a group of 4-6 friends and we trusted each other.

Never had a problem having fun with that group. We played for a long time until about 2 years ago we disbanded.

Either way, Blizzard has the right to do what they wish with their service.
