Cardinal sins
You asked:
Is using Firefox on Windows a cardinal sin or something. (?)

I checked:

Pride
Envy
Wrath
Sloth
Greed
Gluttony
Lust
Firefox

Nah. Doesn't look like it belongs. Not as interesting as the rest.
With the way that fans speak of Firefox, there's a case for Pride.
Firefox does well under Envy. Why else does it exist?
Wrath doesn't fit Firefox. Maybe the attitude toward IE?
Sloth seems like it belongs to Microsoft and IE.
Greed probably makes people think of Microsoft, too.
Gluttony? Well, Microsoft did consume even moreof the market than they could win fairly.

So it's a 3 to 3 tie whether Firefox or IE best fits the cardinal sins.

And the tie-breaker is ... Lust.

This is tough.
I guess whoever cares about the browser more, IE or Firefox, gets the prize for having the majority of the cardinal sins.
Well, the main reason people stick with IE is that it's good enough. The true believers are on Firefox.

So the winner is...
