The way it actually works is that you get a letter saying you are being sued for slander. After that you have to go to court, and Steve Jobs would then have to prove he wasn't a weenie. IF he can prove that point, then you might then be liable for damages.

In any event, if you state 'In my opinion, Steve Jobs is only exceeded in his supreme weeniness by by Bill Gates.', neither can sue you for slander or libel. Your opinion is just that, an opinion. On the other hand, if you state 'Steve Jobs is only exceeded in his supreme weeniness by by Bill Gates.', you MIGHT be liable IF you are found guilty in court of causing damages.
