ZDNet really has something against using facts in articles.

So, this article simply states that users can sue. And then states the bill lacks teeth.

I guess it would be insane to list what the provisions of the bill actually are, what type of penalties can be enacted, what if any criminal prosecution or fines can be levied. Not even a link to this information.

I guess ZDNet just determined that I should think the bill is weak because some guy is quoted as saying so. That's all the facts you need.
