Bound To Loose . Bound To Win .
Think about it. Copyrighted works can win as much with the utility offered technology, and afforded to consumers, as Copyright works are bound to loose. Only they are certain sets of participants in copyright, those that would participate, and those that would not.

Thing about the consumer in this is that they require something better than the discredidation of their persons in the premise of copyrighted works . Used blatantly as a 'piracy, rather than a 'feature set, wich should have standard . Being detailed of the work itself. Of wich those participants stand to gain,at the behest of those still looking on if perhaps as 'non-participants.

Would be good to throw the ball back to the copyright offices court, and to the bearau of standards for the functionality of choice of wich the utility in digital affords, that is manufacturer without cost.

Realistically this is where the question should resides. In that the copyright participants require standard of 'feature set in that gain of advantage. For those that would, and those wich might not.

Then the reasonable expectation to notice them so for consumers without illegal contract handed against our persons. Wich devalues their persons credential in the matter.

- just talking.
