HOW could you know
YOU POSTED
I'm sure the policeman didn't throw the woman to the ground as soon as he came close. I'm sure he asked - very politely - for her to calm down. I'm sure that he didn't want to write any ticket - he just wanted to get her to calm down. I'm sure that she started yelling at him, just as she was yelling to the person on the phone. I'm sure she got many warnings before the policeman tried to get her to stop.

HOW could you possibly be sure.

My guess (and I have no more proof than you- so I'll refrain from saying "i'm sure") my guess is that the police officer told her to shut up (whether or not she was actually breaking the law, which is doubtful), she protested that we was not breaking the law, and he arrested her.

HE arrested her because she dared to question his right to shut her up. Cops do not like to be questioned. In their mind they ARE the law.

But as I said, I have no proof. But neither do you..
