rude people yes, and some have cell phones
my kid has one, why? to call me if they go to anouther friends (no mater where I am) I as a parent want to know, I may say no, I may say yes, but as a parent a cell phone is a great way to keep tabs on your kids IF used right

To lump all cell phone users into the rude category is wrong, their are rude people yes, and some have cell phones
