Freedom of speach is one thing ...
... but what about the person having to LISTEN to all this crap. If I were watching TV or listening to the radio and I didn't like what I heard, I'd turn it off. But it's virtually impossible to censor what people say on their cell phones ... I don't think it's neccessary (or appropriate) for an 8 year old to have to listen to some teenager talk in detail about how they got lucky last night.

Talking on a cell phone is much like smoking, there are considerations that need to be made before one does it in public.

We live in a world were it's impossible to always have things our own way, so it's up to each and every one of us to realize that we are all required to take what ever action is needed to help us all just get along. It's way to much to ask to have everyone be best friends, but is it way to much to ask to have everyone be considerate?

Just my 2 cents worth ...
