Down Wind
I got to hand it to Mcclellan for putting these congressional passages out so we have ability to read what is going on with them.

For whatever law, is considered copyright however, there will remain the 'right in and of copyright itself, to take advantage of the technology for its own use.

It is sad that when speaking of copyright, it is considered those that highlight themselves as being advent to diseminating information about a technology they will have no part of. As if the only realization of it is the violation of the respect of copyright , through those wich are the admirations to it of its peers.

The most inevitable influence of better communications through technologies will stand to benifit those that participate to them. Until then it is just as detailed to enlighten anyone, to not put their 'fair-use copy, onto a 'publically viewed enlistement.

Although there will be consequences to what is detailed through these 'laws,. It would be just as enlightening to see some of those 'agreements, arrangements published in the New York Times in a Sunday section. Meaning this in contrast that if what these copyright afuendos deem from the dark in their 'purchasing public was given the same cast of light, they would be held responsible to the inevitable conclusion of their ways in exploiting technologies for parties they have no right to detail in law.

Meanwhile if there is no standard of 'publication within the digital effect for authors. Then there should be no 'right for copyrighted affects to claim 'business agreement for 'right of copyright when the inclusion cannot be detailed of copyright without such a relationship.

So just dont expect copyrighted material on the web. Its that simple. Then, now, you ask yourself, what am i thinking here . Everything that is usable is 'copyfriendly.

- just talking.
