The bad headline - what are the issues
The amazing thing is that the headline writer read neither the article (which was accurate) nor the decision. This Appellate decision was purely procedural.

It is an important issue whether Title III of the ADA should apply to businesses on the web. Both the Attourney General of New York and the US Justice Department have written that they believe that Title III does apply to web business.
