Mis-leading Headline
Your story points out that the issues that ended this case were not related to the Disability act, but to the way the lawyers handled it, yet your headline that will be appear on hundreds of home pages with a read more link implies that the court ruled against the web being included in the disabilitites act.

This is very bad for those of us who are working hard to get accessibilities standards used on public sites, and undermines the efforts of many dedicated people - all for a semi-sensational headline. I'm soooo disappointed in the way you've handled this as sensational journalism instead of technology fact reporting. Shame on you.
