Require a compliant site, use or create tools
that make compliance, compatibility and W3 standards a prime focus, not glitz, nor hyperactive scrolling adverts, and maybe a lot of sites will break ground into expanding and not alienating more consumers than just those with noted disabilities. And thoe with concerns need to work with those creating either the tools and/or standards vs just relying on reader tech to fill the need. On what scale do most web designers even employ screen readers or text only browsers and such?
