I think it depends on how long you have had the account.
The ones I have older than 7 or 8 years are now 256MB the newer one 4 or 5 years (and had to be renewed this past year) is still 2MB.

If I did not use Hotwayd, I would let them fade away as there are much better free POP3, IMAP4 & web based mail. Yahoo, SoftHome, etc
