Not a spam fighting tool
It's simply a cash grab to attempt to get hotmail users to shell out $20 bucks to get the paid version of Hotmail. Sorry, Microsoft, but the FREE GMail service is better than anything you offer.

Can someone explain to me exactly how this stops spammers? Because it's definately not apparent..
