Dear Senator Obama:
Since you are running on the ticket "from the people and for the people", and since you acknowledged one of the root causes "sub-prime lending with surge in the interest rate...the simple and most direct approach would be to mandate a presidential executive order to do the following:
Phase one: FREEZ all interest rates.
Phase two: Lower interest rates. "Automatic and cross the board regardless of credit rating, and I do not mean the rate that normal people NEVER see...Meaning: the REAL interest rate the NORMAL every days people are charged to buy a car, a house or even on Credit CARDS...it's JUST TOO HIGH" !!!

Definition declaration :
X - is: total FIXED loan amount over monthly payments:
X-Prime - is: total VARIABLE loan amount over monthly fluctuating UP payments
Y - is: Loan amount
Logic: ( X = ( Y + constant interest rate) ). // ( X-Prime = ( Y + variable interest rate ) ).
Result: ( X ) is STABLE. ( X Prime ) is NOT SATBLE...
Hence the UNSTABLE economy...the Banks are sucking the blood of the people...
The American dream became a NIGHTMARE...
It's TIME do something.. . Do NOT be afraid...get OUT of the CLOSET and take ONE side...you can no longer afford to play BOTH sides of the fence.
