I am felon For taking my son out ofson out of the state Ill. My husband & I took my son [9 years of age 1996] . We convected of kidnapping. My husband was titled as a sex affender. I wasn't cause my son was mine [not my husbands ]. Well , he is dead now 2004. But, I still have this felon on my record. Even though He was the blame for kidnaping. It was his idea not mine. I trusted him, cause he said I wouldn't get in trouble. Can , you help with getting this deleted. I think its wrong for me to always put this on paper!! Thank You
