What about deadbeat sellers?
As a member of the ebay BUYING community for the past 4 years, I have run into MANY deadbeat sellers. Ebay makes it too damn hard to try and go after sellers and actually ALLOW them more flexibility with the feedback system. Ebay is not in the business for the buyer, they profit from the seller. Look, they make rules for advertising, but DO NOT enforce them. There is sheer JUNK on ebay and sellers are quite vandictive and deceptive on their auctions. There are sellers that basically do whatever they please, get away with it and ebay does absolutely nothing about them! I have witnessed a few BAD sellers that were so corrupt, after hundreds of complaints and many months, ebay finally banned them and closed their accounts... ONLY to find the scumbags re-established with their accounts a few months later because they complained to ebay they have changed their ways... total horse-chit!

Ebay needs to get out of the online auction business completely, or be more responsible for their sellers too!
