Not really an insult
"You are a naive country guy who completely lacks skeptical vision.."

The only word in all of that that might possibly be insulting is "naive". There is nothing wrong with people who live in the country (in fact, most of them are better people than those that live in cities), and there is nothing wrong with lacking skepticism. In fact, if more people were less skeptical, we might be able to discuss problems and get things accomplished without all of the juvenile name-calling.
