They will be affected

You seem to think that the INDUCE act will only be available for
use by the RIAA, and that they'll get to pick and choose who is
liable for a lawsuit. Our laws don't work that way. Under this
law, anyone who "induces" copyright infringement is liable. So
any copyright holder can sue those companies. If I write a
paragraph and it gets Xeroxed without my permission, or if my
song I just made up turns up on an iPod, I can sue Xerox and
Apple.
