Fewer loopholes than the original
Let's see, the INDUCE act says, let's ban all technology. The
Don't Induce Act says let's not ban any technology. Now we've
heard from both extremes, and perhaps a reasonable
compromise can be reached.

However, I tend to side with the Don't Induce people, mainly
because our court system has already ruled that these
technologies are completely legal, and that continuously
messing around with our copyright system is foolish, and while
it may benefit a few in the short term, it will cause major
problems in the long run.
