Mainly blacks.
It's not common to see a chinese, latinos,indian (american natives), arabs and celtic whinning on the same level that (some) blacks communities on America about discrimination and such.

And the funny parts is that MANY black guys are also racist, again "white men" and again other "not so pure" black guys.
