so the FCC can enforce it. The FCC can only recommend regulation inside a law congress passes.
I'm pretty sure your suggestions would require congress passing a new law. I think all of us would agree that the privacy laws stink. Were way over do for more stringent rules on this kind of thing.
I hate to hamper business making a buck with tons of regs holding them down at every turn, but when they get abusive; to bad.
