Trudging with prehistoric systems at IRS
Management problems abound in the IRS, problems in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement and Analysis, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and finally evaluation of Business Results.

IRS does not embrace a Management System of a disciplined nature so its transactions and processes are repeatable and can be studied and improved.

Contractor issues aside, budgets do not permit development of a knowledgeable, skillful workforce that can successfully meet the challenges ahead
