No, this is just another step in getting homosexuality accepted on the same basis as race or sex. Would the 9th circuit have ruled the same way if the question was "are you diabetic?", "are you Christian?" or "are you schizophrenic?"? (it might actually have ruled the same way if the question had been "Are you Moslem?").

Insurance companies and Hollywood discriminate in this way all the time. If an insurance company is allowed to base your rate upon whether or not you're a smoker, a website consulting service should be able to do the same with whether or not you're homosexual.

Hopefully a higher court will strike this bad decision down as has happened to so many 9th circuit decisions.
