Happy face on a pig
Great. The feds just funded two months in Iraq, in exchange for giving up the last hope for coast to coast WiMax for all. Verizon and AT&Treason have locked up the "last mile" for the foreseeable future, with the help of their good FISA buddy Rockefeller.

We, the people, used to hold rights to the 700mhz region, and I and hundreds of thousands like me who use millions of dollars worth of wireless audio gear have BEEN using it to make a living for years. Now, all our professional 700mhz gear is illegal to operate. Will they compensate us out of that 20 billion?

AS usual, no, us little people are screwed. And the Verizon/ATT monopoly lives on.
